Dr. Keith Middlebrook

Keith Middlebrook, DVM

Dr. Keith Middlebrook has been with Reelfoot Animal Hospital for over thirty years. Originally from Wynne, Arkansas, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas. He went on to attend Louisiana State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1992.

He has remained in the Obion County area ever since with his wife, Ms. Donna, and his two children, Ryan and Sarah. He has several animals residing on the Middlebrook Farm including dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, and horses.

Dr. Middlebrook is a member of the AVMA, TVMA, and AAEP. He enjoys the variety of a mixed animal practice and says that treating both small and large animals in the clinic and on the farms help to keep things interesting.
